KENNETH H. JANG

Kenneth Jang is the Senior Litigator and solicitor of record for JCLC Law Corporation.

Ken practices in the area of general litigation, with an emphasis on corporate and commercial litigation and personal injury claims. He has extensive experience in the resolution of ICBC motor vehicle claims, insurance claims, corporate and shareholders actions, commercial and business disputes, commercial leasing, creditor-debtor claims, builders liens and real estate litigation. He can also provide advice regarding wills and estates, family and divorce, employment issues and human rights complaints. In addition to representing his clients in the British Columbia Supreme Court, Ken also has experience in other more effective alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.

Ken obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of British Columbia in 1984 and his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia in 1988.
